Dave and I had the week off and he treated us to a weekend away in Edinburgh. We saw some fab comedians (Robin Ince, Stewart Lee, Kevin Eldon and Richard Herring.) It was lovely to get away for a bit and Dave made it all possible :)

Our anniversary is in a couple of weeks, can’t believe it has been a year already so will be looking forward to another wee trip away if we can decide where to go. I already have my anniversary gift from Dave (little Cosmo) so will need to get him something extra special to say thanks for being such a fab husband.

This week Dave and I got a 10 week old kitten whom we have called Cosmo. After seeing the wee guy in an ad we decided to go for it after a last minute switch with the kitten we should have got in the next few weeks. Cosmo is the most affectionate kitten I have ever seen and he is sooooooooooo unbelievably cute. Here are a few pics of my teeny tiny kitty, enjoy :)

Like my lovely husband I am getting fed up updating the usual sites like Facebook and Twitter and end up just liking posts and not really contributing much so have decided to start blogging. Here are a few of the things I am loving right now.

HIMYM has become one of my favorite shows on the telly at the moment, one of my favorite episodes is Slapsgiving mainly due to the fab song at the end. Most shows I love either come to a natural end or they are brutally cancelled so hopefully there are a few years yet as I cannot deal with another show ending. I am missing BSG a lot, I pulled out my mega box set and started a marathon last week but hardly made a dent. Lost was another show which Dave and I watched religiously and I feel that we need to find a good show to fill the gap so if anyone has any recommendations please let me know.

Dave and I went to see Inception yesterday, it was awesome! One of my favorite films of this year by far. I like films that work my brain rather than the usual guff that gets churned out. It was an amazing story which was cleverly executed by the genius Christopher Nolan. Really enjoyed Tom Hardy and think he is an actor to watch out for. I really want to go see it again :)

Will try and keep this updated as much as possible but might be difficult as my laptop is broken :(
